The other day Mr. T. C. Edmonds
was erecting a' frame building and s,"v-
erat of his factory mates made a bee
in the evening to posh the work:_
\piule several were in an elevated posi-
tion the structure, or a portion of . it;
came to the ground. The result was
a severe shaking up, bruises and
kinks, some of which required medical'
attendance. None, however, were
seriously injured.
Large quantities of wheat have been
delivered 'at Fete's mill :during • the
past week. The test -runs from • 57
to 61 pounds. The mill will not be
running for a week or two and repairs
are being made and new machinery be-
ing put in. Mr. Fair likes to always
have the best, Two new rollers, a
new scalper and new smut machines
are being.. added so that the mill will
be better equipped than ever, • .

press, Mr. Andrew McGarva, son of
Mr. John McGarva;' J. P,,has been
having unpleasant, experieneei on. Al-

crew of the sailing vessel; W. le: Say-
