its annual entertainment and
Christmas tree. The town hall -was

DEATH OF THOMAS McCOX$DLL
The death occurred in Stratford
last Friday of Mr.Thomas McCon-
nell at the age of 67 years. Mr. Mc-
Connell was born in Ireland, but
"came to Canada about forty years
ago Deceased Was a resident 1 or
a number of years in Clinton„ going
to Stratford about thirteen years
age. In religion. Mc McColyiell was
a Presbyterian and in politics a Con
servative. Mrs. McConnell prede-
ceased her husband about seven-
