The pro- gram, which was given solely by the members of the school, consisted of catitatas, drills, recitations and mus- ical numbers, and considering the fact that only about two weeks was „ spent in practising, they were eXeeen- ingly well rendered. Special - men- tion might be made of the cantata re- presenting the .holidays of the year, given by a large number of boys and girls, and which was very interesting, the elitnax being reached when little Barry Combe, a, little tot, daughter of Major Combo, came. out and crowned Cid loather Christmas King of the year.
