Mr Thos Willis, Centralia, was the
victim of an unfortunate accident -
at the early hour of 5.45 a. m. on Wed-

On Tuesday of last week Mr Wm
Hogan met with a serious and pain-
ful accident at his son Michael's place
in Ashfield. He fell from' a scaffold,
alighting on his sboulder,breaking his
collar bone and fracturing several
ribs and rendering. him unconscious.
Heis doing as well as could he expect-
ed and we. hope in a short time to see
him around again. ' ,

improvements will comprise a new.
basement, reshingling, painting and

this life. Mrs John W Little died on
Monday last, Mrs Little's ,maiden
name was Hannah M Fewster. She
was a native of Yorkshire, England.
She came to` Canada in 1852 and.re-
sided in London for a few years, until
she was married to Mr Little. With
her husband she settled on the, : Huron

Weisenburg was oiling the boxing or

belt flew Off and caur'ht hint by the
right arm. In' this position he was
hurled around a couple of times before,

procured, when it was found that the
bones ofthe, right arm between the
wrist and elbow were broken, and the
hand was just hanging by a piece of
the flesh:. Besides this six ribs were
broken and his right elbow dislocated.
