The family of George wishes to thank the many people, who, in memory of George: paid their respects, shared precious memories in cards and on-line condolences, lit a memorial candle, made a memorial gift to B.U.C., sent beautiful plants and flowers and dropped off delicious food to our home during this busy, difficult time. A big thank you to all for your love, support and generosity. A special thank you to everyone at CCAC and Horizon ProResp and to all the nurses and doctors at Seaforth and Clinton Hospitals for the wonderful care and compassion you gave to George and us. Thank you to Frank and Jennie, Schimanski Funeral Home, for guiding us through our last farewell. Heartfelt thanks to church organist Glenda Morrison and the choir, and to Rev. Gary Clark for his time spent with us and the meaningful messages of George's celebration of life. To the ladies of UCW a huge thank you for the bountiful luncheon. Finally, we wish to thank "Kamran of JR's" for hosting a day to "Remember George, eh?" We were humbly very appreciative of this kind, thoughtful act. Grace's family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone for all their kind expressions of sympathy. Grace kept a very positive attitude throughout her difficult three -and -a -half-year journey.
