In :a 'little more than ' two weeks,,,the electors, 'of Huron will have their first opportunity in .45 years to express their opin- ion at the polls on the .much de- bated CTA 'issue. Voting ,day; is . Monday,. Nov- ezidber 30; and the polls will,, be o den from 8 a.m. till 6. p.rn: 'I here are 146 polling subdivi- sions •in the county.
