On their return they will 're-

Mr, campbeell works in Gode-
rich,, .on a night- staff, . and Mrs.
Carnpbell, has, a daytime job in

We do appreciate these convictions and for this reason
have especially prepared .'•a ' non-member's 'agreement as
follows.

NON-MEMBER AGREEMENT ,rnade this day,
• of ;• 19` between the 'WATERLOO`' CAT-
TLE BREEDING ASSOCIATION, hereinafter called the
"Association of the first part, and, .... of
•� Livestock Breeder, hereinafter called:
the "Breeder of the second :part. •
WITNESSETH' that int consideration of the agreements •
and undertakings :herein contained.'the Parties hereto agree
each with the other as follows.: ;
.1. The "Breeder" 'herewith : makes application to the "Asso •
'dation"' for .approval of this non-member 'agreement and
if accepted:,`agrees . to ` pay'' Five Dollars. ($5.00)' ..to the
"Association" and .further agrees to live sup to all rules and
regulations now in ,..force or hereafter adopted by't'he "As-
sociation": ,The "Breeder" further represents that he`
unable to sign the regular member agreement because o f
his religious conviction's;
2. The payment of this Five Dollars ($`5:00):• does not make•
• the'"Breeder" an active voting member of the, "Association"'
.nor shall such payment; make the ."Breeder'' responsible for
any .legal actions which might 'be, taken by the "Association";
3. The "Association". will ' make available to the' "Breeder"
the services •of !healthy. bull , or recognized Merit arid breed-
ing.
4: The "Association" 'will - make ':available to the "Breeder".
the services -of a technician or technicians who will` give
artificial . insemination •of female . animals. •
5. The Officers of the "Association" agree' to keep arid, make
available to '• the "Breeder when requested proper ,records
•of :insemination, pedigrees of the sires; 'health records of
the •sires; : female 'identification, •and.' such_ other.:'records as.
may. from time to tithe; be deemed necessary by the Board
of Directors of the :"Association". :.:
6: It is mutually .agreed and • understood that the',Board of
Directors :of the "Asso1ciation" shall establish the fee :to. ,be.
charged by. the "Association for inseminating female ani- •
mals. "The "Breeder" agrees to'pay'the fee; specified, in. surf•!
manner as ` may' be determined by \th.e..Board of, Directors.
.7. • The . "Breeder." . does hereby for 'himself, his heirs, repre-
sentatives and • assignees release the "Association" of . all
liabilities. of 'every kind and nature 'arisingor which might.
arise,: from'any. actof commission or;omission on the part
of any of the ; agents of. the- "Association",: including the
technicians. f. •
8. The Parties agree that there. are n, o oral or other con-
ditions, promises, covenants, representations ' or, inducements.•
in addition to or at variance with any of •the 'terms hereof.

standing of both' Parties fully and .completely. ••

Surviving are three sisters,
Mrs. Wm. (Ida) Knox, Mrs, Mary
iCobb and Mrs. Richard (Marg
'aret) Gardner, all of Saskatehe
wan. Mrs. Gardner- was a former
resident of Zion. One sister, Mrs..
Albert (Amelia) Campbell and
one brother,‘David Barkley, .died
about two years ago. -
• A private funeral service was
held,. at the•.Keith Arthur •funeraa
home, Auburn, Tuesday. Burial
was in the Dungannon Cemetery.

Saturday, June 20th .at 12 'o'clock
noon in the church .of the Ascen-
sion, Kinlougih, by the Rev. S. R.
Lupton ' of `Kincardine,' assisted
by Mr, Lyle Bennett, minister of
the church.
The ',bride, who was . given in.
marriage by .her brother, James
Haldenby, wore . a full 'length
gown ' of Nylon lace over satin.
lily point; ,sleeves and square-
jewelled neckline. Her fingertip
veil•was of pure silkillusion'with
a Jewelled ewelled . halo, t� .match ' her.
dress. She carried a. white ,bible
with lily-of-the-valleyandwhite
satin streamers: -

bride gowned in blue embroid-
�ered nylon ,organza in ; waltz
length with matching jacket and
floral halo. : • • .
• The bridesmaids . were Alice
and . Donna. Haldenby wearing
:identical gowns in pink and blue
with nylon lace skirts and mat-
ching ' jackets.. They also wore
matching halos and white :acces-
sories and carried 'a cascade of
Shasta Mums. The flower girls
-were Eugenia Lea Schneider and
Debbie ."Haldenby gowned in
bouffant nylon tricot in mauve
and maize with white accessories
and carried bouquets of mums.:
