Iwould like to put my though-

we would. have a better educe-,
tion system in these, four sections
by having the pupils divided in-

At the present time both of
the schools are over crowded for
eight grades[In In an eight grade
school' the teacher should not
have more than twenty pupils
'so as to give attention to the
slow learners., Yet the same tea-
cher could teach thirty-five in
four grades.' '
