Geoghegan as ' incumbent of the parish ,of St. Peters, Lucknow, St. • Pauls, Dungannon,Christ Church, Port Albert and St Pauls; Ripley. Because of the large area of work the Rev. J' C, ,Galey,; and Rev,.J. D. Gilmore and . Captain A, A. Ayland, C.A. were appointed as ' •assistants. The parish prospered ,under YVIr. Geoghegan and noteworthy was the . celebration of the 75th An- niversary on July 8th, 1934. The Rev, A. Al Maloney, 1937- 1941 was assisteby Rev. Rickard, Rev. J. A. Watton, Rev.. L. Patterson, Rev.' F., A, Hanna- gan, Rev, H, K;' Nobes', Mr. C. W. Mixer and Mr. •G. S. With the ,appointment. of ;: the :;Rev.. H. ' L. Jennings in September,. 1952, Christ Church . became part of parish of Dungannon, Ripley and Lucknow: In 1953 the inter- ior of the ' church decorated„ a centre aisle made, new carpeting' WEDNESDAY, MAX 13th, 1959, Fund was 'established, .The ,men of the , congregation •beautified the • cemetery making it very presentable for the first Meror al Service on July. In 1958 the. Ladies Guild made and installed new' hangings in the . four liter- gical colours. • In July and. Au- gust, 1958 another milestone, was the summer services at 11 a.m. in charge of resident clergy. This was made possible through, the generosity of Mrs. Agnes Fos- ter .giving . her home :as a .,sum- mer residence for the clergy ancl. their families. In 1959 the men of • the 'congregation .remodelled, . the stage and kitchen in the basement. Finally plans were laid,: and conunit+tees formed to.,. celebrate the 100th Anniversary,. May 16th and 17th. Thus ends one hundred Years of energetic ,and faithful', service of congregation and ministers.
