District Governor Rae Watson,
introduced District Deputy Gov
ernor Harvey W;elbster on his of-
ficial visit to his home club, and
Harvey gave an ,address that
won him 'well-deserved plaudits,
He' pointed out. that in his
zone were 14 ofd the finest clubs
to he found anywhere. The Luck-
mow tCiub will go down in his-.'
tory, he said, and he praised the
nembers ' for their accoTplish
ments as a young club, and for
having • recognized the duty, and
privilege,. of -helping. those less
fortunate. He stressed , that 'this
club is banded' together for .the.
general . w.elfare:; of the, people as
a. whole....

out . that ' the Lucknow Club's

jects; and that effortwise they
