Mrs. C. Whitney,. -Detroit also
two brothers, Oliver and Hen-
ders of Ashfield. A brother Gil-

vice Was held in the' MacLennari
and MacKenzie 'Funeral Home,
LUcknow on. Thursday afternoon
with burial in ' Grpenhill Ceme-
tery. Nepheivs., of' the deceased
were flower bearers, while the

Thomas. Robb passed away on
Saturday, February 21st in Kin-
cardine general Hospital where
'he had, been, :a• patient since' De'
cember. He. was 80 . years of .age.
.The, end came quickly after he
land "faced a lengthy illness w.ith.
patience and fortitude: •
Mr, Robb was one of a family
of nine 'children born to John
Robb. and Elizabeth Fowler. The
Robb homestead was on' High-
way 86 near Amberley„. Where
Tom .1/vas born •on ' December, 28;

At Holyrood on March. 28th,
1906, 'Mr. Robb marriekE1izabeth
Jane Elliott, Whose death occur-

Mr. arid Mrs. Robb farmed all

his wife. arid daughter, Vera,who
died. in 1946:..'
Surviving are four sons, Lloyd
Wilmer and, Howard of Ashfield.

He was :predeceased,by a sis-
ter, Mrs.: •Win.. Sillib (Elizabeth)
and a brother, 'Charles Robb:

Mrs.' Robert (Margaret) Walk-
er, a native of Huron township,
and au aunt of Mrs. Walter Dex-
ter, died on Monday, February
9th at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. George Portice of Pickford•
Michigan. She was 86 years Of
age and had been in .ill health
Mr's. Walker, the former Mag-
gie Kennedy, was a daughter of
Thomas ,Kennedy of Huron, and.
Martha Smith of•Dungannon, and
,She and her' husband . were
married December 1891, in.
Lucknovv. He' died October 27,
•Surviving are three. daughters,.
Mr& George (Martha). 'Portice
.aild Mrs:: James (Ethel), Portice,
both. of Picldord, and Mr& 'Wes-
ley '(Grace) Eveleigh of ,St
nace; four sons, William of Hes-
sel, Albert of Levering, John
Harold of •Pickford; two brothers,.
William Kennedy of Kincardine,
•Binevale; 16 grandchildren, ana
27 great-grandchildren. She was
predeceased by g sister, Mrs.. Tom
.Roach (Sarah) of Kinloss and a
•brother John Kennedy of Huron.
She was 'a member of the Pick-
ford , Presbyterian Church.
