passed away at the Greer Nurs-
ing Home, Luckilow, 'Mrs, Alex
Sutherland, in her 74th' year.'
The former ,: Etta. _ MacKtnnon,
she was born on the 4th. onces
Sion Kinloss, daughter..oflMr, &
Mrs.. Kinnon MacKinnon,: Slee•
,graduated from . Victoria 'Hospi-
tal, London; • as a. nurse and for
a number of .years: engaged in
privafe nursing in both city and
country.. • In 1924 she married
Alexander. Sutherland and lived
on the. 6th con. - Kinloss; • .pn'
the farm until moving into : the
village i1' years ago . Mr.'. Sutter
erland passed away. in January
1959.

Etta -was. endowed with • a
cheerful• and pleasing- .personali-
ty
personali-ty that endeared. her to many
friends, -A devoted' wife, . she
was,
known for her . hospitality
and 'neighbourl'iness. •She was a
member. of South • Kinloss Pres-
byterian Church and a life
member of the W.M:S
She is survived by .two sisters,
Mrs. Ed.' Little, • Lucknow and
Mrs; Pied • Reynolds, Toronto;. 2
brothers ' Peter MacKinnon ' of
Flint Michigan and Duncan , of
London. }
Funeral services were held 'at
Johnstone's. parlours •on Wednes
