BELOVED LADY
PASSED AWAY.
MRS..1OHN S. CRAIG
. But little more than two
months after they had celebrated
their 50th wedding anniversary,
death ' came to Mrs, John • S.
,Craig,. a ' beloved and lifelong
resident :of the Whitechurch dis-
trict. She passed away in. Wing-
ham General Hospital /on 1Vi'on-
day, March •.7th..,She was • in her
71st year. • .
Her parents were the late Wil-
liam ' Coulter and ' Janet McGee
of • 'West.. Wawanosh;where Mrs.
Craig was born, She was the
former Mabel Coulter, one of a.
family of eight children; Three
brothers,: William, • • Sam , and
James and a sister, ;Mrs, Jane
Thom, • predeceased • her. Mrs: .
'Craig wai educated, . at Zetland. •
School,
Mr, and Mrs. ,Craig farmed in
Kinloss ' -after their marriage.
They were married 50 years• De -
eel -fiber ,29th,' 1959 and celebrat-
ed their • golden wedding anni-
versary ' at , . the home. of their
