Because of illness; in the Com-
munity, only 1.2 ladies were in
attendance at the World. Day of
Prayer ,service held at the home`
o f Mrs. B, F. Green on Friday
afternoon, The theme of the in-
.teresting and inspiring service
was "Labourers. ' to-gether with
God" and the leaders .were Miss
W. D. Rutherford, Mrs. John
Cameron, Mrs.,W; • 1. Miller and
Mrs. Green. Seripture lessons
were read by Mrs. G. MacPher-
son and Mrs. ' Lorne Durnin ,and
prayefrs were. offered by Mrs.
