Ralph I-lodging,and converted
the large home, into; a 35 -bed
nursing hotne. They.* eventually
sold the enterprise to Ernie Aus-
tin. of: StouffVille who • in turn
Sold to'Harold Greer, and: now is
operated by , George Newbold
:who renamed it "Piriecrest
After Mr, andMrs. Baker sold.
the business they bought • the
former Nelson Bushell residence,
which was originally the- John
Ackert :home. Mr. Baker -sad ;to
Dr.: D. R. Finlayson •and he aritV,
'Mrs. Baker Jater moved' to Brus-
sels where they bought the Dr.
Ross property iri:that village and
converted it to a 15 -bed nursing,
home.
