lifelong .resident of the commu-
nity who: was well and ' widely
known and held in high esteem
by all. He was: ir; his 90th Year.
'He passed away in • St. Joseph's
Hospital, London • Mr. Hogan
suffered a stroke over two weeks
before and was hospitalized
Wingham, until ° complications
made it advisable to move him
to London on Saturday preceding'.

"Mike,, as he was popularly,
known, was born and raised in
Ashfield Township; and farmed
there all his' life until Mr., and
Mrs.: Hogan retired. to Lucknow
in 1946,
He was born on February 25th,
1872, 'one of a family of eight
children of .William Hogan ' and
Mary', Dean. In 1900, at Kings-
bridge',,, he married .'Mary; Ford,
daughter of Mr.' and Mrs., Thos,
