now, Mrs. Bill Smith (Irene) of

Huron, Township. and. Ken and
Harold of; Ashfield Township.
Surviving also are one sister,' Mrs;
joe Fitzimmion; three brothers,
Bert, Jim and Carol. and .7 grand-
children.

Lucy Swan, who passed away
in, ' Clinton on . ,Thursday,; •. July
20th. Service was. from the Ball
and. Mutch'funeral home, Clinton,
Ilk the Rev. Grant L. Mills, mini-
ster of Ontario-' Street United.
Church. Interment' Was in Green-
hill Cemetery, Lucknow.
Mrs'. Swan was born in .Hul-
lett Township on October 29th,
1886, daughter . of the late ,'Fred
•I- ekwood''and , Mary ,Jane Fol
land. She married Joseph `Wm,'.
Swan who predeceased. her.
She had lived in Lucknow
,,area,' before moving to Clinton.
32 years ago. .
.Survivingare two sons,Harold.

The 5th annual Collin's reunion
took place • at the home of 'Bob
and. ' Olive Ackroyd . 'in Peel.
County.
This reunion takes in the de-
cendants of the 'late Henry and
Agnes" Collins of Purple Grove,
namely in the Needham's, the
Collin's and Ackroyd:s, 'the, Malt=
by's and the C arruther's.
There. Were Yong tables and
seats . toaccommodate the one
hundred relatives .who' gathered
and whose relationship is thatof.
cousins, nieces, nephews,; aunts,.
uncles, grandmothers, grandchil-
dren, great grandchildren; great
aunts and great "uncles. The only
great grandmother in attendance
was. Mrs.: Margaret E. 'Carruthers
of Lucknow and the only one
present 'whose. maiden: name was
Collins. ,
. After singing`' Grace, everyone

of all just the friendly chat.
When the hands onthe clock
pointed to 5:3,0 everyone was
either gone or , going. On their
way home quito a number stop-
ped at the home -of Mr. $r Mrs.
W. J, S. Fisher,, Georgetown and.
had; another .meal spread out on
the lawn which made a, nice end
ing to a wonderful: afternoon: ' •
