'Federation of Agriculture Exe-
cutive was. held in the Depart-
ment of Agriculture, Walkerton,
on Thursday, June 210th.
A report. • was given on the
Tri -County Folk •School• held at
Lime Kiln Lodge, , Inverhuron,
on 'June 22nd to 24th which was.
considered quite successful.
Twenty-six persons attended corn-,ing from the • counties of Bruce •
Grey and -Lamlbton, Bruce Coun-
ty had 1l1 persons :in attendance..
The' President, :Harold, Wolfe,
in his report brought the Exeeu-
tiwe merrmers .up. to date •on re;
cent. OFA and County Federation
activities. He stated 'that an, ex-
tension •of time during- which
farmers• May file for theirgaso-
linetax rebate .has been granted;
as' requested 'by • the 'OFA.. The
time limit has naw been extend-
ed ..• to eight. months from six
months for refund 'of the tax
paid on gasoline used an the
farm for.. farm,. purposes • from
date ' of gasoline payment. , The
regulation has also •been ex
'tended toprovide for refund up
to . 12 months.. However, : in this •
case • ..where :the • application. is
