Mr: and Mrs. Fred Dustow of
Wingham : marked their • 50th wed-
ding anniversary when they were

day, November 16th, at the home

relatives attended.

Mrs. Dustow is the former Lulu
Wylie and the couple le was mar-
ried in. • Howick f Township. They
farmed in Carrick Township until
moving to Wingham in ' Septem-
ber. They are members of the
United ,Church.

icipal knowledge during my tenure

tion and duty of each ratepayer to

complimented the staff members
on their conscientous ` efforts. He

which he is the: township: repre-
sentative. It has' been 13 years
in operation with' 38 members..

are 9877 acres in the. authority.
There were 50 new' ponds con-
structed and $1,000.00 ' given "in
pond . grants.27,000. people'used;
these areas'. during ,1963.
