track' has been in two other lo-

While harness racing ' is re-
garded in many places as a dying
venture this is 'not so. in Kincar-
dine where • the. 'Kinsmen have
netted •al least •five hundred dol-
lars a year. for their service pro-
gram of kiddies playgrounds,

other worthy causes
