mick; Chaplain, Lorne Emmerton;
Registrar, Alvin Irwin; . Treasurer,
William Courtney; lecturers, Al-
ton on ' Smeltzer and James Ketch-
ebaw; Censors, Donald Courtney
and Robert •Lyons; Standard Hear-
ers, Clarence McLennan and Mel-
ford
Reid; Purs., Nat Thompson.
Three Grand Black Chapter, Of-
ficers were present;they ,were int -
traduced , by Sir Knight John Mc-
Cormick and were given the Hon-
ours of the .. Order and welcomed
by the Preceptor; All three gave
inspiring addresses. Two car loads
of visitors were present from
Yarns and Blyth preceptories. Rt.
Wor. Sir Kt: Oliver Jacques pre-
sided: for election of officers and
Rt. Wor. Sir Kt. Walter Scott in-
stalled the officers. At the dose
of the meeting, Itiinch was . serv-
ed and a social hour spent.

clined during the: month of Nov-
ember.

male applicants registered ...for.

trants during the month is :att-
ributed mainly to : the seasonal
slowdown in the construction 'in-
dustry It is interesting to note
however that the office. had 43
fewer applicants for employment
on 30th November. 1964 • than .for

ment Day. Miss Eileen Burt ` then
presented the leaders Mrs. Routs -
ton and Mrs. Dan Thompson with
lovely ' gifts. The Kairshea In-
stitute is proud to have had two
girls; . Eileen Burt and Trudy
Thomson, receive Provincial
