pulsory retirementage for all road
employees of the township at sev-
enty (70) years.. • copy of this
by-law is to be Submitted to the
Minister of Highways, Ontario,
for approval. Motion. carried.
On ' a motion by Councilors
Smyth and Jefferson, By-law No.
11, 1964, was finally. 'passed. This
bylaw sets.' the • compulsory re-
tirement age for all general mun-
icipal ;employees of the township
at seventy (70) years. Motion car-
ried.
