ing was held on Tuesday •after-
noon in the. Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Tom McDonald presided and
gave . the call to worship Mrs.
Jack Barr presided'. at the - organ;
Miss ' Winnifred Percy read the
scripture and Mrs. Stewart Mac-
Donald led in prayer. Mrs. Mc-
Donald welcomed ladies from
South. Kinloss, Langside, Tees-
water and, the Kinlough Anglican
W.A.: Mrs. Jack ' Barr ' read : the
minutes. The roll 'call was answer-
ed
nswered with the word "law" followed
by a Thanksgiving: reading. Mrs.
Don Bushell •*and Mrs. Morley
Bushell received the offering:
ertory prayer. Mrs Howard; Harr-

with .a duet accompanied by Mrs.

interesting' talk : on :conditions in
the world..:.Her : theme was "The
Word is the Way" in this world of
change but how blest we are when
many go Jo bed hungry in some
countries..' We think .about' their
bodies but what about their ` souls.
Our Lord's Command was "Go
ye •into all the worldand preach
the gospel." There are not only
idols,.'. in our far off countries but
we too have idol worships 'Miss
McLeod read a missionary_ letter
from a friend, of how the Lord had
blessed both' she 'and her husband.
