Dear Friends. Now what to tell you • today?/ We
are still in Edinburgh. and it has
been a very. busy week -end and
most interesting, and at times very
• frustrating. For instance, one day
I went into a shop to buy some
salad vegetables and got. repri-
manded for going right in instead
of staying at the end of the queue
at the door. So --- the next shop I
entered, stayed at the door. And
• wouldn't yu know? The end of
the queue 'was at the back of the
shop. I still don't, know how to tell!
Another day we wanted to go on a
tour and the girl in the tour office
• said there were no tickets,, we paid
on the bus. So we stood around an
' hour'until bus time, only to find
that everyone else had tickets and
the bus was full.
• This morning we got into the
city early enough that we found a
• parking place in the square in
front of St. Giles Cathedral. It is
• Presbyterian, of -course,- and the
one in which' John Knox thundered
