On Tuesday of this week, a
partnership became official bet-
ween Dr. Peter I3issonnette of Rip-
ley and Dr. Brock Cleland of
Peace R.iver, Alberta who will
pratice in.. Ripley and LuclmoW
wider the name Ripley-Lucknow
Veterinary Services.
In May of this year, "Pete" Bis-
sonnette purchased: the practice
of Dr. Mark Raithby .who had
.served the Lucknow area as a
Veterinarian for five years.. Dr.
Peter Johnston, a graduate of
Ontario Veterinary. College at
Guelph this' spring, has been as -
operating the Lucknow portion of
the practice since then and he
will leave the .end of the month.
Brock and family will be pleased
to come "back home" to -Lucknow
where he practiced for ten years
(prior to Dr. Raithby) after estab-
lishing a business . here, He has
been away 51/2 years and has
held several. positions, the last of
which was a veterinarian for the
Canada Department. of Agriculture
in •the Peace River district of Al-
berta. He was with the Depart-
ment for about three years. Dr.
Bissonnette has practiced in Rip-
' sedated with Dr. Bissonnette in ley for seven years.
