• Otto, was born in. Detroit on
October 30th,, 1901 and came to
Dungannon in .1932. He , was the
son , of Mr. , & Mrs, Charles Popp:.
He has worked as ' a mechanic
'with. Dominion Roads in Goderich
On August 7th, 1929,, Mr. Popp
married .Amber . McKenzie who
survives along with • 'a family of
four, 'Bertha Matilda (Mrs. Alvin
McGee), •Goderich; ' Lorne. Her-
man, '.: Blyth; ' Lillian • Pearl (Mrs.
Brian Hallam) Goderich;; Murray
Graeme of Saltford, Sixteen grand-
children also survive:.. ..
The funeral .service was ' held
from the Stiles Funeral Home in
Goderich , on Monday., September
7th ' at 2:00 p.m. , conducted by
Rev. • J. A. Veldhuis •of ' Dungan

MRS. WILLIAM McGILL
Mrs William McGill, a lifelong
and highly esteemed resident • of
the Lucknow district, died' at Kin-
cardine General Hospital . on Sep-
tember 11th. She was 75 years
of'
age.
.
Mrs, ' McGill. was : the, former,
Rachel Morrison, daughter of the
late Donald .Morrison and. Annie
MacLeod, and was 'born in Kin-
loss Township on March. . 7th, 1889.
In June of. 1922 she married 'Wil-
liam F. McGill at Whitechurch
'Presbyterian Manse. They contin-
ued to farm at Paramount until
1938 when they retired to ' Luck -
now:
Mrs, McGill is survived by .two
sister's, ' Mrs: George (Mary) Bell
,.of Kincardine and: ' 'Mrs. Peter
(Elsie) .Dahmer .of R.R;' 4. Kin.
