MURRAY A highly respected and .loved person Mrs. W. J. Murray, ' 749 Quebec St., London, passedaway to her eternal Home ' at Motel Dieu Hospital, ' Windsor. on Thursday, April • 9th. Although in failing. health for years, death came sud- denly. Deceased was born in Kin- loss Twp» where she -,received her' education, and in 1910.graduated as a nurse, from Galt, Training School for nurses and nursed for a,: number_•of gears ins: port Huron and Detroit; Following her marriage ' in 1919 to W. J. Murray she resided in London until " a few months before her death when she went to: visit her daughter and son 'in-law in Windsor, and due to failing health was . not -able to return to London. All through her sickness .and pain, she bore her. suffering with Chris- tian fortitude and always put her faith -in�God :andTis .. son Jesus The remains rested at the Needham Funeral Home,_ London until Saturday afternoon, April 11 when funeral was held. Burial was in Mt. .Pleasant. Cemetery. The service ' was .conducted - by her. minister Rev. Stanley Hammond who ''paid tribute to her .never, ceasing faith -in her Saviour, lik- ened her to . Job and had as his text, "I know . that ' My Redeemer liveth,". Job 19.25.. During her pastors many visits with her, he "would seek to take her a word of encouragement and cheer . and. more "often ,than not he ' came away feeling he was the one , who ' had been . ministered oto. Mrs. Murray. is survived: by her husband; two 'daughters,,Mrs Jack Burch (Betty Jean) of.ind sor;. Mrs; Jack. Elston (Dorothy); one son Ted .o of Ilderton and., 2 grandchildren; two brothers •Hugh Sutherland, Lucknow, Dave. of Moose .
