THAT the' suckers have been run-
ning :.to the Satisfaction of local
fishermen. With an old five-foot
net which: "creaked" under •the
load, Elwin Hall's fishing party
made , quite,' a haul last week
while fishing in the '1.8 Mile
River. Chester Hodgins was do-
ing 'the splashing, and stirred
up quite a run on one try' which
netted 33 , fish. This particular
catch was so heavy that • they
couldn't .lift , the net and had to
edge it to the bank to ,unload.

morning was to the . residence
of Harold Fowier , '-at St. Hel-

got; out of control. Firemen ex-
