a meeting Wednesday evening
Whitechurch Community Memorial
Hall 'with half of the number pres-
ent. The. president, Victor.. ' Emer-
son, called the . meeting . to ' order,
and welcomed all'. The reasons',for'
calling a meeting' were:
1`. ' To :make some new. rulings.
2. At least ` 2 _ meetings, must' be
held per year.' to, be legal. .
The minutes, of the last meeting

secretary, Mrs. Valetta Emerson:
Mr. Elwood Groskorth is to seek,
