ceeds given to. the Ladies Aid
Fund.• Mrs. A. Hughes. gave." the
treasurer's report' And also gave
an account of the, morning Session
of 'the Presbyterial :held in Wing -
ham. The report of the afternoon
.session' . was given by Mrs. H.
Lavis. The Bible Study was from
Paul's . epistle .to the Corinthians.

Donald telling ,of the pioneer , work
of Dr.. Buchanan in -the Bhil Field.

fered by Mrs. Farrish. The Bible,.
Study was given by Mrs. P,
Stewart. The Prayer circle was
given ;by Mrs. Nelson, Mrs. Ches-
ter and Miss M. McLeod. The
Mission study • "The Christian Mis-
sion in Soutfi 'Asia" was ably -
given: `by' Mrs. M'. Henderson. .The
meeting closed .with prayer. by.

meeting to be held.. at Mrs. Kai-

On 'February 4th, Unit 2 held
their meeting at the home of Mrs.
K Cameron,' Mrs, E. Wightznan
opened the meeting;. Mrs. K. Mur -
die led the', devotions, the theme
being "Bond of Peace." • The Be•-
atitudes. were read in unison fel
lowed by prayer. Mrs. G. Elliott
read •the scripture, with " Mrs. • K.
Murdie giving,, the meditation. The
roll .call, . "A • Bible "verse withthe
word Love," wasanswered by
21. 'members.. After, the' business
and. the
reports, projects
for the coming year were discuss-
ed. Further decisions will be made
at the next meeting There. willbe
a "Measuring'' Tea" next month.

The mission study this year deals
with India'. Mrs. W. Wharry cap-
ably told us of. ,India's'' problems
.- grandeur and .squallor, the pop-
ulation explosion, the refugees and
different 'religions. Mrs. C. 'Greer
read, "Valentine month of Hearts
and Love." We Were favored with
two recording selections -by' Mrs..
