Mr. and Mrs. Richard McQuillin 1'
of the 6th concession of Kinloss
Township, . died suddenly in the
early hours of last Friday morn-
ing. . Allan would Have been . 27
years of . age _ .on November 8th
and his passing saddened a large
number of friends • and acquaint
ances ip the Lueknow area . where
he .had worked, attended school
and grown up.'

hood and young manhood were.

year ago, he became ill .with
hepatitis which proved to -be the
beginning ,of the end for Aim. He
was ' hospitalized . at that time , and '
had. never regained is health in
the intervening' 14' ;months. Last
summer .,'hewas hospitalized in
Wingham` and Victoria Hospital for

ing.
Allan is survived by his ' parents,
sisters Mrs. Robert .(Marybelle)
MacNay of. ` Amberley, . , M r's.
Douglas (Donalda) McLeod of ' To-
ronto, Barbara . ' at home and
Lynda, a victim of ,cerebral palsy' •
who attends school in Toronto and
of whom Allan was ' ,so. : proud;
brothers, Gordon of Sarnia;
HarIey,and Jack of St. Catharines,
Harold of Welland and .Ronald. at.
home;. also his grandmother,: Mrs..
Charles 'Thomson of Clinton..
' . The largely attended . funeral.
service was held at, the MacKenzie
Memorial. Chapel in Ldcknow on
Sunday afternoon • at 1 p.m., con-
ducted by Rev. S. E. Jay of St
Peters . Anglican ' Church. ' Burial
was in Greenhill Cemetery. Pall-
