Unknown to the Sentinel, Mr. Lug-
sdin has been ,a property owner

four years.
Mr. Lugsdin, a trial lawyer, first.'
became acquaintind.'with this• ar
ea when 'his work • brought him,,
to Walkerton and Goderich courts.
He bought, ,a farm at St.' Augus-
tine
from Sandy Nixon and built
