Mansfield: came to Holyrood
July, 1954 when' they .purchased

store business ' from George Hiltz.
Thomas; ' John Mansfield was,
born at Kenilworth in Grey .Coun-
.ty on :September 16th, • 1909. He
had served. his . trade of mechanic.
for the past 38 years.
He. is '.survived • by his wife, the
former Florence,' La Plante who
is , a native • of Bonfield, Ontario.
Five ' sisters survive; Mrs. Peter
(Mary) .Kelly and . Mrs. Howard
(Loretta) Morris of •Toronto; Mrs.
Joseph (Madelaine) • Troy, Mount
Forest; Mrs. Harold (Viola). Gae-
tz and Mrs. Lorne- (Irene) Lins--

block laying competition for pro-
fessional masons. Entries will re
present 'either a contractor or buil
ding' supply house . from Grey,
Bruce and Huron Bounties. Each:.
mason will be required to lay, 60
blocks in a three-hour time :limit.
The prize money, will be judged
by a panel of .8 to 10 architects.

sons , will. compete in ' this contest
for, the. first prize of .$5:0. ' Nine:
additional prizes range from $350
down to . $50.' . .
