Audrey Jean Ritchie was able,

She has been. in Sick Children's
Hospital; London for 'Om weeks
where she had a body cast. re
moved, The:. body cast,: which she
wore for ten weeks, wasapplied
in Novernber-. • when .she. -. had:. both
feet and her right hip operated

Audrey was ' ;receiving .physio -r
therapy treament at the hospital.
Her" mother,, Mrs, Leonard Ritch
ne. will carry on the treatment with
Audrey, , one half ,: hour .every two
hours for the first week and then,
one half hour 'four tunes ;a. day.:
It ,is hoped. Audrey will be 'able
to return' ` to . her Grade one > class-
'at the Public School next' week:
She has been 'absent ': since: Nov-
ember. .
"The doctor . was very pleased
with'. the results of this last, :oper-
ation ,& he feels that the therapy
treatment :will show . greater re -
stilts. Audrey is "'aided . by braces
and , crutches when walking:

On ` a motion by • Councillors
Smyth and ' Jefferson, West ,Wa-
wanosh Township, ;Council agreed
to repeal by-law No.: :9 1964: 11fo-
tion carried. The purpose 'of this
by-law ' was to authorize a project
in observance and commemora-
tion of the Centennial (1957 ).

School Area Board appeared be -
