special at 9 p.m. against "Bon-
anza" —
Bon-anza"—. the show that has con=

ings. "The Man Who Bought
paradise" was adrama about
Danny Paris (played. by Robert
Horton) who ; was: wanted . for,
misappropriating company funds.
He ; showed . up at a. hotel- in a
country that . had •no extradition
treaties. Other hotel : guests ,who
had their .own shady, reasons for
being there felt he was endanger-
ingtheir Sanctuary and ;attempt-

work was supposed to be serious,

The January meeting ' of St.
Peter's Ladies' Guild was . held
in the Parish Hall on January
21, with 8.members present. Mr.
J. King opened the meeting with
prayer. Mr. Xing presided' for the
election of officers for 1965 as

Some minor decorating, is to be

Church. The values and virtues
of the "Response to God" daily
reading .booklet were discussed.
Mrs. T. Pritchard took the roll
call, answered by a verse of the

the word "Church". The scrip-
ture was read and . discusd by
Mrs. E. Roberts' from Acts* 4.
Thank you cards were acknow-
ledged. Committees; for sick
visitation, lunch and ' cleaning

ary 4. Weather permitting we
plan to finish our quilt during the
