whites; one-third cup butter; 1
cup cocoanut; '1/2 ' cup brown
sugar; 1/2 -cup WhinUtS; 1/4 tsp.
salt; 3 tbs. flour; Y2 tsp, vanilla. .
Rub the first' three ingredients to-
gether tomake a crumb miXture.
Put into a shallow pan and cook in
a moderatd .even about 10 mins.
Beat egg white stiff, add honey and
brown sugar kradtially; beat 'until
mixture ,peaks; fold in other, ingre-
dients. Spread this over crumb mix-
ture and coOk 40 'mins: in electric
oven at 325 ;degrees.
