An exhaustive' study of the vroblenes and those . factors which have been • responsible for the de - Cline, in both agriicatlture and4hi- dustre have revealed that, these conditions can be remedied quickly and effectively by simple means., The 'plan is divided into three mann sections: Agriculture. The plan embodies ways and means of as- suring that the 'best of the land available for purchase can be of- fered ffere+d to returned soldiers, farm- ers from Britain and Europe; as well as those from. less . product- ive ..areas m this country. The plan outlines the means whereby medical and dental .ser- vices for the 'rural areas can -be 'made, available. County. ° It suggests how the necessary information can be obtained and presented • to the proper iiithorities for the use of those to whom the establishment • of main or branch • plarits in this section of Ontario is , a • post-war necessity. The scheme .guarantees equal possibilities to every rriurzicipal- ity interested in having addition- al industries locate in them. It makes possible for those places which already have 'some .Indus- tries to obtain more and to those who need an industry badly to have the same opportunity. Tourist Industry The plan recognizes the tre- mendous _potentialities . of Bruce County as one of Canada's lead- ing summer resort sections and that the tourist business already is rapidly becoming the major industry. • It shows how the busi-`' discovering • en are a1, patriotic woolen • lend to their - • _ Canada, °toy save 'non Y to lend to all .over new ways to' vides money to In the hves; e , , . there.. pro Canadians amount .. s to ecoeci nomize a the Saved millionsof new ways here and a, l' ,s from oaiilr T. limes • for the war. gnoall s small Susi to you, but le Canada to help pay ed up. r country may seem a needs 'every sing is when rare u to billions vvh lend to your s, and Caen for borrowing t that You may es •make dollar. , need before: - Money d dim d.
