Ball:, who passed. away . rn his
sleep Saturday night and . was
found by his daughter; Mrs. Chas
Fowler. when she began 'to wen -
der. why he• wasn't riding• it the
usual time.: He.' had"retired in
apparent •good health. 'He ' w9u1d
Ahriver -t;een.:83 years of age on
April '1st, but looked like a per=
son touch younger.. His familiar
figure on the streets'wvill be very
mush missed: as he enjoyed Walks
with his' little-,. grandson and
namesake, Tonneiy Fowler, tto
