Norman Wells is on. the light

The presence !.of oil on .the

WON TELAQUIZ PRIZE
Because his neighbor knew his
telephone, number,' was listening
to the radioprogram; and could
hum- the tune -over --the `-phone---
even if she couldn't name it—
Mr,. Hugh "'MacIntosh received a
check for $10.00 last week. He
split it with his neighbor, Mrs.
Roy Black. . .
Mrs. Black was listening to the
program when she heard Mr.
MacIntosh's number being called
to see if he was listening and
imain• could name the tune. He wasn't,
but . Mrs. Black answered the
phone and could hum the tune
sufficientltr well to win .the prize.
The letter that accompanied the
check recommended the cook-
book, `"Baking Made Easy," but
at his age' we venture to say Mr.
Macintosh will hardly be sending
for it. Incidentally he says .its
the first money he ever received
