• KINI.O. MIBI: Oi ANGE ;LODGE'
Come ally you loyal.Orangemen
And listen to this rhyzpe,.
While •I relate some history
Of old . Eleven Thirty -Nine.
On many a celebration; '
While . fifes. .and 'drums, :were
playing,.
They marched with other lodges,.
Their' banner proud displaying..
They w. re ll-gamtioyal• breth-
. ren; .
The kind that do :not fail you'•
As. they •stepped along together
With their badges And regalia.
•
Many names I'd like to . mention,.
I. wouldf tike to include them all,
But .;on, searching through the
lodge books' '"
:Space is very' much'too small.,..
There were the Haldenbys and
Percys,.
Bill• Blackwell anal" the Boyles ,
Who `kept the lodge together:
And' made their living fromthe
There were the. Taylors .and, the
-Hodgins •
Since I've started'.I must name,
Two ,others I must mention
Isaac Pinnell and, Johnny Gra-
ham..
There were McFarlanes and
Johnstoxies, ,'
The :Stanleys and the Walls,.
At many an• initiation ;
They were present ,in this Hall.
This, is 'back history', I've'given.
you. ••
But I. must say right at this• time
We halve all good active members
•.In old Eleven' Thirty -Nine.
The: old Lodge still does function
It's all I say and more, •
It, will never be 'dismantled ,
While' we've. men like 'Bro. Dore.
all 'the loyal Orangemen
That are listed .in our. Lodge
There's not one : more : consistent
• Than our Brother Jimmy /lodge.
3n regular lodge attendance
It's' hard to, say who's !best,
•But to •make .my 'own 'conclusi'on
I'd say . Wm. Haldenby' and Wes
_Attest
Alex Percy,,, is our Deputy,
He • occupies the chair,
And seldom disappoints use ••
•
For he is. nearly always there:
Clark Needham sand Harold ,Hal -
derby, .
Who's business. is to sell,
Where 'to find 'a better secretary
and treasurer.
Is .more thanI; can tell.
The two that repeat .the lecture
Before we: do'. commence, •
One' is brother lennedy,
And the',other.:Brother ,Spence.
We have`a' splendid chaplain,
The devotions. he 'does .call _
And is well known arapund 'in-
• lough
For he is .Brother Wall..
Many othe.brethren . <
