Mr. Martin, '.in his report, told
members• that, in additibn to rou-
tine . work, the . Federation had
taken the initiative in three en-
terprises. The Federation, has,
said Mr, Martin, sponsored the
.establishment of ,additional pilot
farms. They also sponsored the
-compiling of statistics ,of • farm,.
accidents in the county, and or-
ganized the'sponsorship Of the
nightly farm TV: shows.
Mrs. P. A. Murray, the lady
director for the Federation, 'pre-
sented a' report of the activities
of the Wth fen's Institutes, and.
said that the';county was' divided
into four 'districts, with sixty;
branches and 2,100members .-to
date.
