on County Council rnatters, ex-
plaining that ,the increased noun-
' ty rate was. due in .part . to hospi
tal grants totalling $100,000. He
said: ,that. $98,000 spent. on • the
registry 'office and court' house
would be liquidated in :Awe or
three years Iby a special financ-
ing arrangement with the bank.
Mr, Hamilton • said ' that in . the

• the .same as a year ago, and that
