School Band in' the High School
auditorium on Sunday afternoon.
The -presentation Was enhaneed
by a Christmas setting of stars,
candle , lights a n d' • Christmas
trees, .as ,well, as special lighting
effects, even to the•. brilliance, of
the, "Guiding. Star'', 'and 'leading
--6h-akaeters-were garbed in typical-

The pageant_ was. arranged an:d
directed by, Principal •P. W.,Hoag
who is the leader of the "Band.,.
' Gi,iest soloists were Mrs . J. ° W;
J,pynt and` ° Miss Ann Todd. Their
accompanists ' were Mr. Elrher
Umbach and Miss Norma Mur-
ray: Mrs, Joynt substituted at the
"eleventh' hour" for 'Mrs. Jaek
Hewitt, a •member of the teach-
ing staff, who had developed•
