Frank Todd, a prorninen. t and
lifelong resident- of the St. Hel-
ens district and nationally known
as a breeder of .Polled Angus'
'cattle, died in Wingharn Hospital
on Monday, November 28th. He
was 7& years of age and had been
in failing health for a timer with
a paralytie seizure proving fatal.
Mr, Todd_ started in the pure-
bred cattle business, over fprty,
years ago—back about .1912,. and,
for years. has been prarniiient. in -
