ANNUALLY
dFollowino are teh minutes of_a
meeting of- the Cl'ah Grab= held at
S•prtngbanli Park July. 23. There was
a large attendance. from ' Caradbc,
Dunwich and Lobo. ' . •
The object of the meeting was to
Complete all financial transactions,
arising, out .of the Graham Clan Pie-
Mr. John. McVicar was appointed
to: take charge of the meeting.
It was' moved and seconded that
the picnic be held annually at Suring -
bank Park; the third • Thursday of
June, each section taking charge, of
the: picnic' each year,viz.; Dunwich,
Lucknow,: Gjeneee; Detroit and Lend -
`on. Dunwich was appointed 'to 'take
. charge of the gathering to, be held
in, 1922. ,: , •
• After- some dicussion„ re; .arranging'
forthe annual picnic, .itwas moved
by Neil Blue; seconded 'by John Gra-
ham, that the meeting nominate. 'a
committee of two out of •eachsec-
tion. The . following committees Were
appointed ,
Lobo, John McVicar; Caradoc, John
A. McGugan; .Dunwich; Duncan Lod-
ge; Arthur . Graham; Glencoe, John
C. Graham; London, Archie McLach-
lin, Norman Graham;
Dunwich was appointed to take
charge of the Gathering" . to, be held
in 1922. •
Regularly moved, and seconded that
D. A. Graham be 'elected Honorary
President of the .Graham C]an, ' ,
John Graham gave a very interest-
ing -and complete 'financial report.
Presentation was made to Mr. D.A.
Grahani,•.Chairman, and .Miss'Beckie
McLachlin. Avery nicereply was
made inboth. cases.
After .several ' members. 'spoke;' and
a very -good 'luncheon enjoyed, the
meeting adjourned.
