The school community of St. Patrick's in Dublin and St. Columban
pooled their resources together for a successful Thanksgiving
coat and food drive. St. Columban students included (back
row, left): Kassidy O'Leary, Jenna Deck, Kimmi Doyle, Bree
Schoonderwoerd. In front were Gracee Rohfritsch (left) and
Hannah Nolan. Between both schools approximately 100 gently
used coats, scarves and hats were delivered to the Salvation
Army in Mitchell, who were overwhelmed. In the words of an
employee "It's going to be a tough winter for many people and
this is really going to help, thank you so much!".
Jaylin Dyer-Ersman (left), Zac Ryan, Aubrey Vosper, Hayden
Nicholson and Margaret McCarthy, all students at St. Patrick's
School in Dublin, show off some of the items which were donated
during the school's Thanksgiving coat and food drive. The
Seaforth Food Bank were very thankful and grateful to receive 12
boxes of canned food items from the schools.
