This week at St. Anne's the Me
to We club held an Indian
Culture Night where over 300
guests were treated to
performances by Indian Classical
and Bollywood Dancers, a
Punjabi Folk Dance troupe and
an Indian Jazz Fusion Band while
eating a delicious Indian meal.
The evening was a huge success
and helped the India Mission
Trip team earn over $15,000
towards their trip.
Band Bajha Brass travelled to
St. Anne's this week for a
performance for the concert
band, SHSM arts students, and
the jazz band. After the
performance the jazz band
participated in a workshop with
the members of the band. The
Home & Home Coffee House
was also this Wednesday and
Friday. On Wednesday, the
students from St. Mikes
participated in our coffee house
and on Friday the students from
St. Anne's travelled to St. Mikes
to participate in their coffee
house. Both events featured
students showing off their
musical talents.
St. Anne's students had the
option to participate in advent
reconciliation on Thursday. A
video was shown throughout the
school highlighting the
importance of reconciliation
during the advent season.
Students were then encouraged
to participate in the sacrament of
reconciliation. The Advent
project came to an end this week,
with the baby clothes going to
Room 2 Grow and the winter
wear to the community of
Kashechewan. Thank you to
everyone who brought in
something this advent season
The annual semi -formal took
place this week on Friday.
Everyone had a great time at the
St. Anne's Yule Ball.

The [uewater Recycling Association and all its staff would

New Year. luring the holiday season, we normally postpone
the regular coliectlrm of waste and recyclables in order to

This year, Christmas and New Year's Day take place on a
Wed rye sd2y, so if your regular collection Is on a Wednesday, it
will be rescheduled for Saturday December 28th except for
Awa Name.
