With three players eligible to advance to the championship, scheduled for mid- July at The Home Club in Seattle, Washington, Doig's one over 72 put her in a tie for third and resulted in a play off with American Kait- lin Neumann. Doig put her wedge to four feet on the par five and sank the putt to advance. Robyn's brother Paul, a freshman at Kenne- saw State University and a member of the Owl's Men's golf team was on the bag. May 27 Seaforth — 5 Teeswater — 2 After two consecutive postponements due to weather, the Eagles were happy to make the trek north to play Teeswater. There was some definite rust on their wings from the time off, which was evident when after two minutes the home Teeswater side would be up 1-0. This appeared to wake the Screaming Eagles up and after adjusting to some long grass and a smaller field; Seaforth carried the bulk of the play in the first half. By the end of the first, Nolan Gagnier scored himself a natural hat trick with Colton Bachert picking up a couple of assists. Keira Agnew broke in off the right wing and fired a hard shot, beating the keeper for a 4-1 score after 35 minutes. On a lovely individual effort, Cole Zwep put one past the Teeswater goalie for a 5-1 lead. The home side responded quickly, pulling within three at 5-2, but Seaforth closed the door defensively, even- ing their record for the year with a 5-2 victory.
