Winning baby's parents must be residents of Huron East or the Huron Expositor cov- erage area. If the baby is born at home, the exact time of birth must be specified by the attending physician. If the baby is born in a hospital, the hospital must make similar certification. The first baby will be defined as "the first baby born after midnight, Decem- ber 31, 2013. Notification of births must be made to this newspaper's office to be eligible. In the event of a tie, gifts will be dis- tributed at the discretion of this paper and the participat- ing businesses. Robbie Burns Day fun Photos by Whitney South Huron Expositor Members of the First Presbyterian Church rang in Robbie Burns day in style on Feb. 1. The potluck, which was postponed due to inclement weather, saw guests dressed in their fi nest Scottish garb. Hosted by the church Dream Team, the annual event included the traditional Piping of the Haggis, Address to the Haggis, Toast to the Haggis and of course, delicious homemade haggis. Jim Bannerman and John McKichan help out in the kitchen.
