Brussels library open for business

Since 1875, Hay Mutual has been a financially strong member owned

RETIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors of Hay Mutual Insurance Company would
like to take this opportunity to thank Gerald Hayter for his 28 years
of dedicated service as a Director and an Agent to the Members of
Hay Mutual. Gerald began his career at Hay Mutual as a Director in
1986. In 2000, Gerald was appointed as an Agent for the Company.
Gerald will officially retire on April 30th and we wish
Gerald and his wife Marg many enjoyable years of retirement.
With his retirement, Gerald's office in Bayfield will close and we

NEW AGENT APPOINTMENTS
Hay Mutual Insurance Company is pleased to announce that
Jeremy Scherle and Ashley Phillips have been appointed agents for the
Company who will be servicing Members in Gerald's former territory.
Jeremy has been involved in insurance sales for several years and is
very excited to join Hay Mutual. Jeremy lives in Clinton with his wife
Amanda and their three children. He may be contacted at 226-420-2071.
Ashley has several years of sales experience and is eager to begin her
insurance career with Hay Mutual. Ashley lives in Zurich with her husband

The ribbons were cut April 19, as
the Brussels Carnegie Library offi-
cially opened to the public during an
morning open house.
The building had been closed for
almost a year for renovations, as well
as the construction of an addition.
The $1 -million project has allowed
for more room for books, new meet-
ings rooms, kitchen and an accessible
washroom and entrance.
